I change host and had some complication ... 
I though a problem with the new host provider and my DNS provider, but finally I see that was the last host which blocks the propagation !

Why ?
It's DNS propagation... Some people can access now to the site, you will be able to access only later

For access to the forum, 2 choice :
- you wait
- If you are Administrator, go there : c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Open the file "hosts" as Administrator and add on the file :
62.212.91.4      www.battle4sc2.com
With that, even a country that don't know that my forum changed of host, your computer will not check the IP of the host and connect directly...
Tested and works well

FYI, English forum of starfriend is back online.. thanks for the above info ip hosts added to windows hosts...

Hi all, yesterday estubo browsing the web page but now the q is suspended starfriend think anyone knows if it will return the page? on the page that China does not understand anything.

edit your windows hosts file with notepad:

type in the RUN command:    c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
edit with notepad:
add on the file :      62.212.91.4      www.battle4sc2.com
save

open browser "www.battle4sc2.com"
done...
